For the next hour it sits above every plan in its city, then it stays at the top of its own plan until others boost after it. How many boosts you get depends on the listing's plan: a free listing gets 3 in its first week and then 1 a week, Basic 3 a week, Standard 7 a week, and Premium as many as you like.
