Dans la verdure du domaine Saint-Jean des Sources, à Pinet, près de l'étang de Thau, L'Extasia déroule un décor de rouges profonds, de voilages et de cages ajourées. La discothèque est réservée aux couples majeurs : les hommes seuls n'y sont pas admis.

La soirée commence souvent à côté, au Palaisia, restaurant logé dans une ancienne cave viticole : cuisine méditerranéenne, cabaret, et l'entrée du club offerte avec le repas. L'été, L'Extasia ouvre chaque soir à 22h30, avec une piste de danse en plein air ; d'octobre à avril, seules ses grandes soirées l'éveillent, d'Halloween à Pâques.
