Massage is the part I genuinely love. Not the version where the word is a code for something else. Real massage, oil warmed first, a good forty minutes before either of us thinks about anything faster. I learned it properly and I would rather show you than describe it.

I am twenty-three and I work from a flat in Salmiya. Half an hour if you are only passing through, an hour if you want it done the way it ought to be done, longer if you have nowhere else to be. Most people who come once for the half hour come back for the hour. I am quiet while I work (you will hear the air conditioner and very little else) and that is on purpose. You are meant to stop thinking.
