When the rest of the city is calling last call, Platinum Showgirls LA is just warming up. The after-hours club on East Commercial Street in Downtown Los Angeles opens at 10 pm and keeps going until 5 am, or 6 am on Fridays and Saturdays.
The look is pewter and smoke: tufted leather booths, ornate black carpet, a chandelier over the main stage and a lit staircase up to the VIP area. Booths overlook the whole floor, and there are separate areas for private dances. Guests must be 18 with valid ID, there is an ATM on site, and VIP packages can be arranged for groups.
