Noon is opening time at Sugar 44 on weekdays, an hour later on weekends, and every night the club on East Thomas Road in Phoenix runs until 2 a.m. Anyone who arrives before 7 p.m. pays no cover and drinks at happy-hour prices. The room was recently renovated around a full bar, a pole stage and VIP lounges, and the entertainment is topless. Women are welcome as guests, and the club takes bookings for bachelor, bachelorette, birthday and even divorce parties, with bottle service for one guest or a group.
