Hip-hop and R&B carry Club Onyx along Old Pineville Road in south Charlotte, and on Fridays and Saturdays the DJs play until five in the morning. The club bills itself as the biggest urban gentlemen's club in the Southeast, over 20,000 square feet with five stages, two full bars and two VIP areas for bottle service.
The kitchen stays open late, and the wings are what folks talk about; tenders, sliders and burgers round it out, with the big screens showing the game. Doors open at 8 p.m., 9 on Sundays.
