For more than a quarter century, Delilah's has held its spot on Spring Garden Street by the Delaware riverfront, billing itself as a gentlemen's club and steakhouse for business travelers and Philadelphians with an evening to spare.

The main showroom is ringed by VIP seating, a Skybox, a Champagne Room and the Ruby Lounge, which is kept for members. The kitchen turns out filet mignon and broiled salmon, plus a weekday lunch menu of sandwiches and salads at a flat $12 from noon to 3.

Happy hour runs 5 to 8 every day. The dress code reads upscale and fashionable, which rules out gym shorts.
