About cancellations, deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule once, with at least 72 hours' notice, within 30 days of paying the deposit. If you reschedule with less notice or after that 30-day window, or miss the date entirely, the deposit is forfeited and the full amount for the reserved time is due. If I have to cancel for any reason, your payment can be held toward a future date or refunded, at my discretion.
