Rachel's is a steakhouse first, if you ask the kitchen. The menu runs to eight prime USDA cuts, prime rib, lobster, lamb and veal, and you can take your plate in the quiet dining room or at a table right beside the stage. Weekday lunch runs from noon to five, and on Fridays and Saturdays there are omelets after midnight.

The club sits on South Orange Avenue between the airport and the convention center, freshly remodeled and smoke-free, with a strict no-touch rule. Hours are noon to 2 a.m. on weekdays and 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. on weekends.
