Gotham City plays its theme straight. At 70-74 Clarke Street in South Melbourne, the house of sin is finished in black timber, smoked mirror and brushed steel, with bat and skull emblems cut into the panelling and corridors lit by a single strip of warm light overhead. The suites carry names to match, the Batcave, the Penthouse, Riddler's, the Sin Bin, each with a low upholstered bed and flashes of red.
A blue-lit bar and lounge sits at the centre, private viewing rooms keep introductions discreet and parking is on the premises. Open 24 hours, seven days.
