O nas
Come up out of the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel, walk for about a minute, and you are at the door of Cheetah's on Chatham Street West. It has held this downtown address since 1983.
Inside it is dark and low-lit, with a mirrored stage, leather booths, a VIP area and a well-stocked back bar. The week has a rhythm: two-for-one drinks on Tuesday, Wing Wednesday, throwbacks on Thursday, the big VIP Saturday.
Doors open at 7 p.m. nightly and the first hour is free; after that cover is $6 on weeknights and $10 on weekends. Closing is 2 a.m., or 3 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
