High Riggs, at the Tollcross end of Edinburgh's so-called Pubic Triangle, is where you'll find Burke & Hare, a pole and lap-dancing bar that's been a fixture of the city's stag and hen nights for years. It's open every day to over 18s, 7pm to 1am, and from 5pm on Saturdays.

The stage sits in the middle of the bar so you can watch the pole shows from any side, or from the balcony above. There are private booths and a group room, three big screens and a well-stocked bar. Hen parties can book a lap-dancing workshop with the club's own dancers, and the whole place can be hired privately.
