Every hour on the hour the music swells and the whole cast of dancers parades across the stages at Scarlett's Cabaret, a tradition that runs until 8 a.m. on weekends. The club sits just off I-95 and Hallandale Beach Boulevard in Pembroke Park, halfway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale: 25,000 square feet, seven stages, five bars, skybox seating and a 40-foot video wall for fight nights and football.
Tucked inside is Rick's Steakhouse & Lounge, grilling ribeyes and lamb chops from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. The club is fully nude, with a happy hour and free lunch every day.
