Five in the morning is closing time at Gold Rush Cabaret, and on Biscayne Boulevard at 77th Street most of the crowd stays for it. The club spreads over three levels and 15,000 square feet: two main stages under laser light, a VIP center stage ringed with chairs, skybox suites upstairs, private conversation rooms and a 30-foot LED screen for the fights and the football. It is full liquor and full nude, the kitchen keeps working, and bottle service comes to the table with sparklers. Doors open at 5 p.m. every night, valet parks the car, and the dress code is smart casual.
