Take I-45 south toward Galveston and about twenty minutes out of Houston, at the Gulf Freeway in Dickinson, you'll hit Heartbreakers: 23,000 square feet split into two rooms, one playing Top 40 and one moving to Latin rhythms, with four stages, pool tables and super-sized TVs for every fight and game. Daytime is the sleeper deal. Pay the cover on a weekday and lunch is free from 11 to 2, with a free late lunch from 4 to 8, while well drinks start at a dollar until 7pm. It's smoker-friendly, and VIP booths sit upstairs and down. Open 11am (noon on weekends) to 2am.
