Die Great Windmill Street lebt seit den 1930er-Jahren vom Spektakel, und das alte Windmill Theatre in den Hausnummern 17 bis 19 ist der Ort, an dem Sohos Lust auf eine Show zuerst zur Legende wurde. Heute trägt Spearmint Rhino diesen Ruf weiter und hat das Gebäude passend ausgestattet: Kronleuchter über einer beleuchteten Bühne, tiefe Sitzbänke, eine bernsteinfarbene Rückbar und erhöhte Sky-Logen.

Das Programm ist theatralisch angelegt. Am Wochenende gibt es Liveshows, freitags und samstags mit zwei Vorstellungen pro Nacht, und die Tanzauftritte teilen sich das Programm mit Burlesque-Nummern und Kabarett-Acts. Die Küche serviert kleine Gerichte bis weit nach Mitternacht, und die Cocktailkarte ist ernsthafter, als sie sein müsste.

Tische und Flaschenpakete lassen sich im Voraus reservieren, an einem Samstag die vernünftige Wahl. Geöffnet ist montags bis samstags bis 5.30 Uhr morgens; der Sonntag ist der freie Abend.
