Twenty-eight and American, which in Kuwait City makes me a curiosity before it makes me anything else. Everyone wants the story of how I ended up here. It is not a very interesting story.

What I am actually good at is being easy to be around. Low voice, slow hands, no theatre, no act to keep up.
