If you don't, be ready to share screening when you reach out: a work badge and a driver's license (you can cover the address and ID number) plus a clear selfie showing your full face. I delete it once we've verified; it's only for our mutual safety.

As an alternative, I also accept a $50 deposit together with a selfie.
