Spearmint Rhino Birmingham occupies a detached red-brick building at 64 Hagley Road in Edgbaston, a short run west of the city centre, with its own forecourt at the front. It is the Birmingham branch of the international gentlemen's club brand.

Inside, the rooms are panelled in dark wood and gold: a main stage with poles and banquette seating around it, a long back-lit bar, a galleried lounge on more than one level, and private VIP suites with leather booths. The club advertises topless and nude entertainers, private dances, VIP bottle service and set packages for stag, birthday and group nights, and a nightly line-up can be checked online before a visit.

Doors open at 9pm from Tuesday to Saturday: until 3am midweek, 4am on Thursdays and 6am on Fridays and Saturdays. Sundays and Mondays are closed. Visitors to events at the NEC get free entry before 11pm on showing a valid ticket.
