Wednesday night at Cupids is couples and single women only, and it's been that way for years. The rest of the week is more mixed, with daytime sessions Tuesday to Saturday and themed parties most weekends.
The club is on Sutherland Street in Swinton, on the Salford side of Manchester. Inside it's all neon graffiti and UV light: a proper bar, a pole, a pool table, a sauna, a cage, themed playrooms and private booths. Members only, 21 and over, photo ID needed. Phones go in your locker, and nobody expects you to join in straight away.
