By 11:30 in the morning the neon over the long bar is already glowing at Crazy Girls Cabaret, up in north Phoenix where Deer Valley Road crosses the I-17. Lunch specials and happy hour give way to late-night plates from a full kitchen, the bar runs to top-shelf tequila, cognac and Champagne, and dancers take the poles until 2 am every day. Three private VIP rooms sit off the floor, the largest a suite with a TV and a games console.
