Crystal chandeliers hang low over a long runway stage at Onyx, on Cheshire Bridge Road in northeast Atlanta, and the back bar glows gold from end to end. The club pitches itself to folks who value privacy and polish: careful lighting, deep leather booths, VIP tables you can reserve, and a house that runs on Southern hospitality. The rules are simple and firm, with no cameras, no touching the entertainers and 21 and over only. Doors open at 3 p.m. Monday through Saturday and close at 3 a.m.; parking is free early in the week.
