When the bars on the Missouri side close, the crowd that isn't finished crosses the river to Bunkum Road, where Scarlett's Cabaret runs until 6 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and bills itself as the biggest after-hours party in the Midwest. It is about six miles from downtown St. Louis.

Inside, more than 10,000 square feet hold four stages with an average of 60 dancers a night, a main bar, VIP rooms and private suites, plus a gaming room with more than ten video machines. Fifteen 60-inch TVs and a 300-inch wall screen carry the Cardinals, the Blues and UFC cards.
