Far west on 47th Street, between Eleventh Avenue and the river, Spearmint Rhino New York stacks its business floor by floor. The main room carries the topless show and a Friday pole contest; the fourth floor is VIP; Monarch 47 is a sports lounge with six screens and a 70-inch odds board for fight nights.
Up on five, the Hudson Room rents out as a private lounge with river views, catered food and, the house claims, the city's only topless billiards table. Doors open at 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and close at 4 a.m.; Sunday is dark.
