My current touring dates and cities are listed above and I keep them updated, so glance at them first; it spares us both a good deal of back and forth. My rates vary with the country and city I'm visiting.

I prefer to meet between 1 p.m. and 10 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Sunday I usually keep for myself, to slow down and recharge, though a lovely dinner or a special occasion can persuade me otherwise.
