It used to be La Boheme. Under the Rick's Cabaret name, the historic building on Stout Street, a block or two from the convention center, now runs three floors of cabaret: two main stages plus smaller ones scattered around, more than 30 entertainers a night, three VIP suites and five private rooms.

The bars pour a full liquor list, the fights and the local teams play on projection screens, and weekday happy hour from 6 to 8 p.m. comes with no cover. Sundays are industry night for the city's bartenders and hotel crowd. Open every day from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.
