Jeans yes, trainers no, collar required: the door policy at 14 Leicester Square sets the tone. Inside, Platinum Lace has gone for the 1920s, with gilded mirrors, quilted walls, patterned carpet and a pillared, blue-lit stage that sits at the centre of the floor.
The chain's London flagship adds aerial acts to the pole, resident DJs and themed weekends from masquerade balls to Halloween. Twenty-one VIP suites and booths ring the room, and the champagne bar takes group bookings. Open seven nights, late.
