Red Hill is a quiet lane in the fields outside Wateringbury, near Maidstone, and the only sign of the party is an illuminated 326 on a detached house. Steve and Lorri run Pleasures in Kent from their own home, so the night starts with house rules: over-25s only, smart dress and never shorts.

Cars go in the private parking. Bottles brought along are handed to the team, who pour them as the evening goes on, while the bar sells soft drinks and snacks. Phones stay in the lockers. From the bar, the dance area and the lounge, the house opens into fourteen themed spaces, among them open play areas, private rooms and a dungeon; smokers use a covered spot outside.

Fridays run from 8pm to 2am, Saturdays until 3am for couples and single women. The monthly theme nights are guest list or ticket only.
