About me

Breathe with me. My work is helping men find their way back to the part of themselves that feels alive, confident, connected and able to receive.

I understand Eros as life force, the energy behind vitality, creativity, confidence, play, presence and real connection. When we are in touch with it, we feel at home in ourselves, our relationships grow deeper and life becomes fuller.

Men are asked for a lot. Many spend years providing, protecting and carrying responsibility, and seldom learn what it is like to simply rest and be looked after. I offer a place to slow down, breathe, set expectations aside and return to yourself through presence, relaxation and sincere care.

Each session is shaped around your intentions. You may want deep relaxation, companionship, playful exploration, emotional support, or more confidence and connection. Whatever it is, I build a warm, respectful experience around you.

My approach combines bodywork, somatic practice, movement, breathwork, mindfulness, life and intimacy coaching, and honest companionship. I believe people grow through laughter, affection, adventure, frank conversation and permission to enjoy their lives.

I trained with the International School of Temple Arts and in Reiki and yoga, and I have years behind me in dance, art and embodiment. I bring skill, intuition and presence to each session. The aim is simple: that you leave more relaxed, more connected, more confident and fully alive.
