Curiosity and intention run my life, and you'll notice both right away.

Appearances aren't what I optimise for. I've built a life with a real signal-to-noise ratio: yoga each morning to keep the system running well, a mixed-media art practice that is actually creative rather than decorative, and enough knowledge of wine to bring it up at the right moment without turning it into a lecture. I once spent a month in Oaxaca immersed in natural dyeing, the first-principles kind of learning that stays with you.

My French and Spanish are good enough to be useful. In a gallery I behave the way good engineers treat documentation: I read the whole thing. I'm as at home in tailored linen as on a market run. When I host dinners the constraints are strict, the results are excellent, and the wine is always better than its price.

Talking with me means switching context easily, from art theory to travel plans, from what I'm reading to what I'm building next. I listen with full attention and ask questions that open new threads rather than close them.

I don't chase; I filter. My life, my work and my relationships all run on clear criteria, with no attachment to metrics that don't count. For people who build things on purpose: I make having it together look easy.
